Pyrmont Peninsula strategic review - public exhibition

Welcome to our interactive map for the City's work on the Pyrmont Peninsula Place Strategy. This map shows the groups of sites in Ultimo and Pyrmont that the City has been considering in response to the Place Strategy developed by the Department of Planning and Environment (DPE). They are outlined with an orange boundary.

For each site, we have considered how to improve open space around the site and how to change the controls for floor space use, building form and height.

We invite you to explore the map and review the changes we are proposing for each of the site groups.

You can make a submission in response to the proposed changes by clicking on the links provided.

Please note: the state government is responsible for planning several sites including the Blackwattle Bay State Significant Precinct, The Star hotel site, Harbourside, Pyrmont Metro sites, UTS Indigenous College site on Harris Street, and the Powerhouse Museum site. These sites are shown shaded in grey on this map. We are not seeking submissions on these sites.

How to use this map

  Hover over the orange info marker on a site to query the changes we propose for that site.

A dialog box shows the site address and a short description of the proposed changes. Click on the blue link to view and download more information about these changes. Click on the green link to make a submission in response to the proposed changes.
